Each year we are let down by the non-appearance of teams on the day of their competition. This is unfair to the other competitors and we would ask that you make sure that you will be able to fulfil your obligation. This is a Bank Holiday weekend. Please do not enter this tournament if you have already entered another one.

Yours sincerely

Here are a few of the messages received after the 2007 Event:

Just a quick email to congratulate you on what my team and I thought was an excellent tournament.

It was extremely well organised and the referees were faultless.
My team didn't manage to make it through to the later stages however I had several first choice players missing over the bank holiday weekend- my goalkeeper in particular!

Anyway the lads really enjoyed themselves and had a great day despite the inclement weather.
Hopefully we will be back to have another go next season!!
Well done to you and everyone involved with the tournament- it was a great success.

Would just like to say a massive thanks on behalf of myself, Bill and Liam for letting us referee in your tournament. Probably the best run and organised tournament I have ever seen. All the other referees were great and made us feel welcome.
Hope to see you next year.

I just wanted to drop you a quick e mail to thank you for a wonderful tournament.

We played on the Monday afternoon in the U12 s and all the players, parents , and managers had a great time. I feared for the grave yard shift on the Monday pm but was met with enthusiasm from both officials and refs. The pitches were in great condition considering the elements, and the previous three days. The time schedule for matches was accurate and everything flowed in an organised and managed manner.

And after the 2008 tournament:

Just wanted to email and thank you for a wonderful day compared to other tournaments we have been in this was the best so far the organisation, referees, pitches etc was excellent and a credit to Woolton JFC.  I will definitely be coming next year with my team and will also spread the word about how wonderful this tournament is.  Well done for organising such a great tournament and thank you from all involved at Woolston Rovers Under7s.

Just a note of  thanks on behalf of Chelwood U7’s players and parents  for a very enjoyable Tournament. We were all very impressed at how well the tournament was run and kept to the schedule. All the staff and referees were very friendly and indeed that seemed to be the vibe of the day. Once again many thanks.

May I take this opportunity in thanking you and all the team at Woolton FC for the fantastic tournament you held on Bank Holiday weekend, everything from start to finish was run smoothly and on time and I know both the boys and the parents enjoyed a great day and we would love to come back next year to defend our Trophy.
