Notes & Instructions:
Select 'Match Reports' on your team page and 'Link' > 'Create new
page'. Select a page to use as a template.
Give the page a proper title such as 'Woolton Football Club - Team
Name Match Reports' replacing Team Name with the relevant team.
Save this template web page using a different filename, replacing
'blank' in the filename blank-match-reports.html
with the team name using hyphens where necessary e.g. u15-woolton-boys-match-reports.html.
Remember to add the age group refererence to the beginning
as in this example to differentiate between teams with
the same name in different age groups.
Change
'Team Name' in main heading to suit the team.
To add more reports just copy and paste the above text, dividing lines
and photo placeholders as needed before changing the
wording and inserting the proper images. The tables and
placeholders for laying out photographs can be deleted
if not needed. The style Heading 3 is used for the match
date and Heading 2 for the result for consistent formatting.
The photos should be resized to 300 pixels wide and be
of a standard height. I recommend 250 pixels high. If
you resize the images properly in a graphics program
you will get better results than by changing their size
in Contribute.
