ANNUAL DINNER DANCE

The club holds an annual dinner dance which usually takes place on the last Friday in September at the Holiday Inn on Lime Street. The evenings have proved very successful both in terms of being an enjoyable night for those attending and raising funds for the the club to use to benefit the players.

The 2009 event was very successful and the guest speakers were entertaining especially Jeff Winter (yes the ex referee)!! who really got into the spirit of the evening and ended up as the auctioneer. A lot of work goes into organising the evening and the club appreciates the effort of all those concerned (they know who they are)! However special thanks are owed to Rav Jagota who supplied the items for the auction which proved immensely successful.

Make a note in your diaries now for a similar date next year - support the club in its attempt to raise funds for the benefit of the players and enjoy yourself at the same time.
